Ad+genuity Marketing Solutions, Inc. is a marketing + media agency specializing in working with tourism marketing organizations, providing strategic direction + program implementation to drive global activation.

We consider ourselves a partner to your internal marketing or executive team, assisting in strategy + media program development, as well as campaign execution + analytics. Our virtual bi-coastal offices allow our team to accommodate clients + vendors in many time zones with competitive pricing compared to traditional brick + mortar agencies.

President + CEO

Tania founded Ad+genuity in 2006 after launching a successful career in online travel. As the tourism industry was undergoing fundamental changes for consumers + suppliers, new approaches in marketing + distribution strategies were required. Ad+genuity was formed to guide + assist tourism organizations in evolving their marketing strategies to embrace new ways of doing business.

Today, she leads Ad+genuity deploying her marketing + media expertise in campaigns that run at the regional, national + global level - continuing to drive innovation + vision across the industry. As Founder + CEO, Tania oversees all client relations, strategy formulation, cooperative program development + media buying.

Travel has been a big part of her life – from summers as a child in a medieval Burgundy town, to Semester At Sea at age 19, to living in 9 different states + 13 cities in the US. That love continues today with personal travel around the world. She is an avid skier, triathlete, Pilates guru, mother of 2 + devoted wife.

With over 10 years of Marketing experience in hospitality and tourism, Sabrina combines industry expertise with a methodically-equaled left-brain and right-brain approach to offer Ad+genuity clients + partners an agency experience that is streamlined + focused on efficiency + results, without sacrificing creativity + innovation.

From highly organized campaign management, to leading brand evolution strategy, to deriving succinct program takeaways from proprietary complex data analysis tools, Sabrina thrives where “systems meet design”. As VP of Ad Ops + Analytics, Sabrina ‘s goal is to build + drive campaigns + programs that not only achieve the client’s strategic goals, but can be tangibly demonstrated in produced results.

Sabrina has a fanatical obsession for cephalopods, considers herself a cold-brewed coffee connoisseur + loves the snow, though she’s not a skier...yet.

Marketing Administration & Communications Coordinator

As the Marketing Administration & Communications Coordinator, Michelle supports both the internal and external teams in a variety of ways as she guides the tasks in a very organized and detailed manner. Michelle is a meticulous, organized multi-tasker and self-directed team player. Michelle brings over 10 years of marketing, business development and administration experience. She brings her socially-astute, enthusiastic leadership to the team. Michelle is a self-starter who is an intuitive team player, proficient at initiating and guiding complex projects in a very organized and detailed manner.

Michelle enjoys traveling and photography. Michelle loves the outdoors and spends her free time camping, boating, hiking and biking around town. Michelle also enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.

Casey Omang
Casey Omang
Manager, Client Services and Campaign Management

Casey has worked in the travel and tourism industry for more than 7 years, and brings this experience to the Ad+Genuity team as a manager in the Client Services and Campaign Management department. Casey’s role supports both the media and campaign management teams by working as a media planner, pulling reports & analyzing data, and working directly with clients on campaign management while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Casey is passionate about the travel & tourism industry, her attention to detail, and takes tremendous pride in the quality of her work.

Casey loves spending as much time as possible with her dog Ralph, going to concerts, drinking tea and reading. She loves a good patio in the summer and a hot tub in the snowy winter.

Case Study San Diego Tourism Authority 2006 - Current

Challenge

Funded by the Tourism Marketing District (TMD), an in-bound traveler supported assessment, the goal was to develop an Online Travel Agency strategy that would drive room nights, revenue + increase length of stay for TMD-participating hotels.

Program Design

Customized programs were built, targeting top origin markets per season as well as top competitive set destinations. In addition, campaign strategy featured onsite retargeting based on previous destinations searched, affinity targeting + high impact homepage + search category placements.  Seasonal sale messaging + site-wide merchandising strategies were leveraged to drive specific activation messaging.  Creative strategy focused on building media assets that reflected internally-branded campaigns, which proved to have a higher response rate than media clearly executed by an external advertiser.

Results

Over the last 6 years of running the program, the TMD properties represented have seen, in aggregate, double digit YOY room night + revenue growth.  In addition, production for the TMD outperforms other San Diego properties yielding a higher ADR + longer length of stay.
